Account & Security

Go to Settings in the user menu. You can request a change there. For security, we will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your linked email address to verify the request before saving changes.
Linking an email is required to secure your account. It allows you to recover your password if you forget it and receive security notifications. We do not spam.
1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. Ensure you entered the correct email address.
3. Wait 1-2 minutes as email delivery can sometimes be delayed.

Uploading & Managing Content

Local Upload: You upload a video file directly from your computer or phone.
Remote Upload: You paste a direct URL to a video file (e.g., .mp4 link), and our server downloads it for you. This saves your data plan!
We support major video formats including MP4, WebM, and MKV. For the best playback experience, we recommend using H.264 MP4.
Yes. Go to your Profile or the video page, click the 'Edit' button (pencil icon) to change the title, description, or visibility settings.

Playlists & Features

Click the 'Save' button under any video player. You can choose to add the video to an existing playlist or create a new one instantly.
These are automatic system playlists.
History: Tracks videos you have watched.
Watch Later: A private list for videos you want to save for another time.
You will receive in-app notifications (the bell icon) when:
1. Your video upload finishes processing.
2. Someone comments on your video.
3. Important account alerts occur.
